Thank you for giving me a beautiful smile!

Here are my braces now. A family friend who is a jewellery artist used the braces from my bottom teeth to make a pair of earrings for me.

Hi there! How are you doing? I am doing fine. Dr. Boutin, this is Josephine. I am writing to tell you what a great job you did on my teeth. When I smile on somebody they always tell me how nice my teeth are. One of my aunts always tell me that if every persons teeth turn out as nice as mine then lots of people will have nice teeth. The cards that you sent me are almost gone because I gave lots of them to my friends and other people too. Dr. Boutin I think my cousin, William, is coming to see you. I gave one of my cards to him.

Well I have to go and brush my teeth now. I just wanted to thank you again for doing such a great job on my teeth. Tell your crew hi from me, please and thank you.

Dear Dr. Boutin and Staff,

I just want to let you know what a pleasure it has been to be associated with you and your wonderful staff for the past two years.

Rae and Stacie are both nearing the end of their “braces regime” and I must say that things have gone extremely well from our viewpoint. There were no surprises because you explained things so well from the very beginning. Every visit was pleasant and encouraging. You were able to instil confidence and courage in both girls. Stacie has lots of fears and she, too, got really easy about her visits.

Your office staff is so accommodating, friendly and always remember our names and our situation. They have been, without exception, simply wonderful. Your assistants are patient, competent and efficient and pleasant to be around.

In short, we are extremely happy with the care you have provided to Rae and Stacie. We have recommended you to several people, and will continue to do so.

Sienna and I wanted to extend a huge thank you for your kindness and understanding last month when i caught her fingers in our van door. For being stranger to you, we really appreciated being able to come to our appointment late and then when you gave Sienna the webkinz you made our day a whole lot better after a traumatic event.

Every day at your office was wonderful and I can’t thank you enough for the kindness that was extended to us.
