Meet Our Front Office Staff

Hi, My name is Brenda, the Financial Co-ordinator for the office. I have been employed with Dr. Boutin since 2001. I enjoy taking gourmet cooking classes and treating my co-workers with the resulting delicacies. I am also an avid crossword puzzler – the more challenging, the better. I especially like long, scenic walks – even in the winter.

Hi, my name is Darlene and I’ve been handling the duties of Public Relations Co-ordinator for Dr. Boutin since 2000. I manage ClubOrtho and our other office contests and promotions. I have two beautiful daughters. My oldest has moved to Grand Prairie and my youngest is still at home, for now – my husband and I are starting to feel like empty-nesters! I enjoy spending my spare time shopping, interior decorating and gardening.

Hello, I am Julianna. I joined the team in October 2009, filling the scheduling coordinator position. I grew up on a beautifull, but hard working 40 acre acreage outside of Mossomin, Saskatchewan. I love the outdoors, however I do not get outside near enough to hike, explore or canoe! I keep busy painting acrylics, composing piano, playing the clarinet and cooking to entertain friends.

All of our clinical staff are Level II Registered Dental Assistants who have completed the Orthodontic Module, the highest qualifications recognized by the Alberta Dental Association and College.

Hi, my name is Anna. I have worked with Dr. Boutin as a certified orthodontic assistant since 1997. I have two wonderful daughters who keep me busy and entertained. We share good times with our dog Chloe and our cat Misty. In my spare time I like to paint and I enjoy going country dancing. When I need to relax I go for a soak in my hot tub. Oh, and I really like going on tropical vacations – the hotter, the better!

Hello, my name is Donna. I have worked as a dental assistant for over twenty years and I teach orthodontic clinical assisting at Columbia College. My interests include mountain- biking and dirt-biking with my husband. When we’re not outside doing those things, we’re planning our next hot-destination vacation!

Hello, my name is Liz. My household is a busy one, what with three teenage boys, two dogs, and a cat. Oh! – and a husband. This all keeps me inundated with many sports, activities and assorted happenings. I sometimes find extra time to rock climb, ski, rollerblade, bike and hike. I’ve been an orthodontic assistant with Dr. Boutin since 2001, but I started in the dental assisting field fifteen years before that (you do the math if you really need to).

Hi, my name is Julie. I have worked as a clinical assistant with Dr. Boutin since 2001, and I consider myself to be fortunate because I work with such an awesome group of individuals and I have so many great patients to work on each and every day! I enjoy camping and riding quads in the mountains with my two adult children, their spouses and their children (my four beautiful grandchildren !).

Hi, my name is Kristen. I have been working as an clinical orthodontic assistant for Dr.Boutin since 2005. I am married with a little girl Anya and one dog, Zoosa and one cat, Kona. When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my family, usually doing something exciting like camping, dirt biking or back country skiiing.

Hello, my name is September and I love the outdoors, animals and people – so chances are I’ll like you too! My husband and I met in Jasper, and it is still our favorite place to go. We have two dogs and way too many cats in our furry, happy home. I look forward to meeting you and straightening you out (I’m an orthodontic assistant) and I hope your experience with us is a great one. I’ve been a dental assistant for over 9 years and I’m happy I joined this awesome team back in 2006!

Hi my name is Wendy and I’ve been an orthodontic chairside assistant for over 15 years. I worked with Dr. Boutin back in 1991 and I’m happy to be back as part of his team since 2007. When I’m not working, I’m busy being a mom. My husband and I, along with our two boys, like having fun baking cookies, camping and playing hockey in the winter and basket ball in the warmer months.

Hello, my name is Yvonne. I look forward to many pleasant visits with our patients. I’ve worked as a dental assistant for over twenty years, most recently in Red Deer, Alberta. I am fluent in both French and English and when I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Hi, my name is John. I have been an Orthodontic Laboratory Technician since 1982. When I am not working I enjoy various outdoor activities including camping, fishing, mountain biking, and off road motorcycling. During the winter I build things – my basement, my kitchen, etc.. I have worked with Dr. Boutin constructing orthodontic appliances since 1991.
